Thanks for sharing this wonderful article. Surely, a free market economy is the answer, and it sure was the economic model of our forefathers.
One of the key ingredients we lack is the infrastructure (both soft and hard) for businesses to thrive, as I always hear you iterate in your talks and articles. For instance, a clear business friendly legal system, along with other soft infrastructure, such as street addressing; for every citizen to have a civic identity.
I am working on this issue and would love to discuss it with you. Please, let me know if you're open to sharing ideas on how we can help build intelligent African cities.
Thank you so much for your support! And you're right that we lack the infrastructure for businesses to thrive, which will is critical if we want to build a better future. I'd love to know more about your work.
Thank you for responding to my comment. You can reach me at this email - network92@protonmail.ch - and we could perhaps setup a quick call/Zoom to discuss.
Again, thank you for taking the time out to respond; look forward to hearing from you.
This is great. Cause in my country (Nigeria) Proper Identify fr every citizen is still a big issue and also what most corrupt politicians use to rig their way through the ballot.
I work with a couple of African Entrepreneurs. Both Small and Medium. One Makes Activewears and also has a Foundation for young Athletes. He's been giving underprivileged Athletes in Africa Boots for years now. I would love to see you connect with them.
The other Has a media organization based in NY that's building a Social Media platform. I've been sharing your work with her. She's a great woman.
The other has WEB3 Company based in the US, He's an African American and he's planning on moving with his entre family back to Motherland. He's been open working towards grassroots projects in Nigeria, Like a sports league.
Keep on making history Queen. It would be nice to hear from you.
I was posted that H.E Arikana Chihombouri was doing great things for the entire continent of Africa but now that's starting become clear me that she did some awful things. Africa's has had enough Messiahs' now we need Economic Empowerment and it's the only tool we can really use to fight oppression. It's what the Chinese did and it's also what the Indians are doing. Even the Arabs.
Thank you so much for your comments and support. I agree that economic empowerment is the way forward. There's so much talent that goes untapped because of how challenging it is to do business in many African countries. I believe that if we can cut through the mess and allow entrepreneurs to do what they do best (innovate, create jobs, create wealth, etc.), that we will see a far more peaceful and prosperous Africa.
Salam, Magatte.

I agree 💯 percent. I'm ready to do my part in whatever way possible and no matter how small.
I'm currently based in Abuja for now though
