2024: A Year of Milestones
Grateful for the progress we’ve made and excited for what’s ahead!
Dear friends,
As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on this transformative year and share some of the milestones we’ve achieved together.
It’s been a year of bold ideas, exciting collaborations, and meaningful progress toward our shared mission of bringing prosperity to Africa.
This year, we officially launched The Cheetah Generation, a dynamic community aimed at empowering Africa’s brightest minds to lead the charge in economic and entrepreneurial innovation. Together, we’re laying the foundation for a new era of African leadership and ingenuity.
We also introduced Próspera Africa, an ambitious initiative to create startup cities tailored for entrepreneurs in Africa. These cities will serve as hubs for investment, prosperity, innovation, and opportunity, and they mark a pivotal step toward unlocking the continent’s immense potential.
Additionally, I had the privilege of participating in the Africa Bitcoin Conference, which is focused on how Bitcoin can serve as a critical tool in the entrepreneur’s toolkit. Advocacy for Bitcoin is a key part of the battle for economic freedom and unlocking opportunities for entrepreneurs across Africa.
I also had the honor of being recognized as this year’s Julian Simon Award winner, a testament to our collective efforts to champion economic freedom and prosperity. Receiving this award is a reminder of the importance of the work we’re doing and the global recognition of Africa’s potential.
I was humbled to see my book, The Heart of a Cheetah, endorsed by President Javier Milei of Argentina, who has since joined us in this journey by following us on X (or Twitter if you want). His recognition reaffirms that Africa’s story resonates globally and inspires action.
I had the opportunity to share our vision and challenge prevailing narratives on some incredible platforms, including podcasts with Glenn Beck, Liv Boeree, Nick Freitas, Triggernometry, REASON TV, Free the People, and much more. These conversations have amplified our message and engaged audiences all around the world.
As we look ahead, I am more confident than ever that 2025 will be a transformative year for Próspera Africa and for the movement we’ve built together.
I am deeply grateful for your support and partnership on this journey. Together, we are not just imagining a brighter future, we’re building it.
